What is the Summit Workshop Series?
The Summit Workshop Series is a program consisting of seven individual workshops held over a 14 week period. Each class is 2.5 hours and focuses on one of the Seven Critical Business Elements:

  • Sales
  • Continuous Improvement

Who should attend the Summit Workshop Series?
The workshops are for small and medium sized business owners who are looking for tools and assistance in reaching their goals.

 

Do I have to attend all seven programs?
No. You may attend as many as you like, but their is a considerable price advantage for attending all seven.

 

How is the Summit Group different from the Summit Workshop Series?
Summit Groups are formed by bringing together home service providers from around the country. The material is uniquely focused on helping contractors grow. The Workshop Series provides tools and training that can be used by any small to medium sized business. Attendees are local to the Philadelphia area.
