Frequently Asked Questions Regarding Summit Groups
What's a Summit Group?
A Summit Group is a group of up to 10 contractors who participate
in a program to learn valuable business systems and learn from each
other. Nolan Consulting Group, Inc. forms the groups, organizes
and provides the content for the face to face workshops and teleconferences.
How is the information delivered?
Business systems and implementation strategies are delivered in
two three day face to face workshops and monthly teleconferences
over the course of 12 months. One on one coaching is also provided
to supplement the learning and aid in implementation.
Who are the trainers?
Kevin Nolan, President of Nolan Painting, and Brian Nolan, MBA.
How is a Nolan Summit Group different than other consulting
programs?
We offer proven business systems and focus on implementation.
Implementation is the difference.
When are the workshops offered and where are they held?
Workshops are held in Havertown, Pennsylvania, near Philadelphia
and offered on the first and sixth month of a new group's existence.
Teleconferences are provided two times per month; one on sales and
one on business systems.
What's the difference between joining a Summit Group and business
coaching?
Individual coaching is included in the Summit Group program. However,
you can elect not to participate in a Summit Group and contract
for individual business coaching. Individual coaching focuses on
planning, budgeting and implementation strategies.
